To whom it may concern,

In February 2006 we decided to make an addition to our home. Before we could start this job it required a large amount of excavation work to be done to the section, before the building could be constructed. Our builder of 20 years experience recommended we employ someone with a great deal of experience to do the excavation work. Cameron Hadley had just purchased a Dingo Mini Digger with a bucket capacity of 0.2cubic meters. He came over to quote the job and discuss the details. He explained that this was his first big job with the machine; he was very keen to impress both the builder and ourselves, if he was given the chance to prove himself.

Cameron was given the go ahead to start the job. He did a great deal of planning with detail for this job. He removed 39 cubic meters of dirt from our property and organized a place to dump it. He was required to follow engineering structural plans that had been council approved. He also organized the hiring of Acro-props for strengthening the existing building as he progressed along. He had no hesitation to liaise with the builder as he made progress during the job.

We have since re-employed Cameron to dig a trench up through the property plus posthole bore some holes ready for a retaining wall. Again a small amount of excavation work was required along with dumping of dirt.

Our builder was very impressed with the finished product and said he would not hesitate to call on Cameron to do more work on sites that required excavation work. A big plus with this machine is that it has wide tyres for minimal damage to people’s property. He has tracks that can be fitted to conquer terrible conditions and steep terrains. Due to the size of the machine and its huge capabilities with all its attachments, makes this machine very appealing for a variety of work.

I found Cameron Hadley to be a very mature man with an excellent work ethic and no hesitation to go that extra mile for his customer, As he finished each day, he always made sure the site was clean and tidy before he departed. As he holds two trade certificates himself, one in Boat Building of Aluminium Boats plus Marine Systems Engineering, he has a good business head on his shoulders.

I would be happy to act as a referee for this young man as he starts out in business and wish him all the success for the future. I feel equally confident that anyone will be as impressed as we were with any work he may do for them in the future.

Good Luck Cameron.

Kind Regards
